Shipping of Ordered Products

Products ordered from the Nissin Digital Direct Main Store and the Nissin Digital Direct Yahoo Store will be shipped according to the following schedule:

• Orders placed from 10:00 AM on Friday, August 9, to 9:59 AM on Wednesday, August 14, will be shipped on Wednesday, August 14.
• Orders placed from 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 14, to 9:59 AM on Monday, August 19, will be shipped on Monday, August 19.

Inquiries and Reception/Shipping of Repair Items

We will be closed from Saturday, August 10, to Sunday, August 18, 2024. (Normal business operations will resume on Monday, August 19.)

Please note that if you submit an inquiry or repair request around this holiday period, it may take longer than usual to receive a response.

※On Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 13:00 to 17:00 (reception until 16:30), we will accept "Walk-in Repairs (reception only)" and "Free MG10/MG8 Grip Rubber Repair (20-30 minutes)." If you plan to bring in your equipment, we would appreciate it if you could contact us in advance via our inquiry form to let us know your expected arrival time.
