Repair Price List
Important
- To receive warranty repairs, you must attach your proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of the receipt or invoice).
- A basic service fee will be charged even if you request only an estimate or cancel the repair.

Due to rising parts and logistics costs, repair fees were revised on April 1, 2026 (Updated March 10, 2026).
Repair Assessment
After receiving the item for repair, we will assess whether it qualifies for "Warranty Repair," "Basic Function Restoration," "Standard Repair," or "Unrepairable." If determined to be unrepairable, you may choose from the following:
- Return unrepaired (basic fee will be charged)
- Dispose of by our company (no charge)
- Trade-in sale (you may also purchase a model different from the repair item)
Repairable Models and Service Periods
The retention period for functional repair parts is generally 5 years after production ends. Even for products less than 5 years old, we may be unable to accept repairs due to supply chain issues or the extent of damage. Please contact us before sending your product.

*Repair service for the Di700A side rubber (the circular rubber parts on the left and right sides of the flash head) has ended due to inventory depletion. As we may be unable to repair the Di700A if parts are unavailable, please inquire before sending your request.

Air1, Di28, Di466, Di600, Di622, Di622 MARK2, Di700, Di700A (for Canon/Nikon/Fujifilm/Four Thirds), Di866 (Di866 Pro), Di866 MARK2, i40 (for Sony/Fujifilm/Four Thirds), MG8000, SC-01, SC-01L, Power Pack PS8/PS300/PS400/Pro 400/400N/Pro 300/300N (sales of battery packs and cluster batteries have also ended)
Trade-in Sales
Regardless of whether your current product is faulty, you can trade it in to purchase a new product at a 20% discount off the catalog price.
How to Apply
- Use the Repair (Trade-in) Request Form and select the product you wish to trade in under "Product Name" (models not displayed on the form cannot be traded in).
- Under "Fault Details," select "Not required," and under "Initial/Re-repair/Trade-in Confirmation," select "Trade-in Sale."
- Under "Trade-in Sale," select the name and mount of the product you wish to purchase.
- Submit the form and send your trade-in product to our office. The main unit only is sufficient (accessories such as pouches are not required). Shipping costs for the trade-in item are paid by the customer; shipping for the purchased item is paid by our company.
Trade-in Conditions
- You can purchase one product from the same category for every trade-in item.
- If trading in a flash, you may purchase a Nissin flash product; if trading in a Super Light Stand or Reflector Holder, you may purchase a Super Light Stand product (including Super Reflector Holder).
- Only when purchasing an MG-X can you purchase up to two units per trade-in item.
- When purchasing any one of the MG8, MG10, or MG-X, you may also purchase an Air10s at the trade-in price by trading in just one flash.
- Only Nissin products within their repair support period are eligible for trade-in.
- For paid exchanges, you cannot exchange for a model different from the original category.
- If catalog prices are revised, the trade-in sale price will also change. Products with open pricing are based on estimated prices.
- Depending on the season, items may be out of stock, which may cause delays. If you are in a hurry, please inquire in advance.
- If the discharge tube of the trade-in product is significantly deteriorated, the unit will be handed over after replacing the discharge tube.
