Dear Customers, We have been informed that Peatix (https://peatix.com/), a ticket sales service provider we used for events we hosted or co-hosted in the past (up until a few years ago), suffered unauthorized access by a third party, resulting in the theft of customer personal information (names, email addresses, encrypted passwords, etc.). We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and concern this incident has caused you. As of November 17, 2020, there is no evidence that payment-related information such as credit card or bank account details, event participation history, data collected through participant survey forms, home addresses, or phone numbers have been compromised. Furthermore, we have since switched our ticket sales services to PassMarket (https://passmarket.yahoo.co.jp/).
