【New Product Information】"Super Light Stand DX LS-65C" to be released on Friday, January 11th

Nissin Japan Ltd. (President: Chikara Goto) will release the "Super Light Stand DX LS-65C," a lighting stand significantly reduced in weight by using carbon fiber for not only the poles but also the legs, on January 11, 2019. ■ Substantial weight reduction achieved through generous use of carbon material By using carbon fiber for both the poles and the legs, we have achieved a weight of just 815g, which is approximately 30% lighter than aluminum stands*1 of similar size. Carrying equipment by hand will become dramatically easier. ■ Sleek design without thumb screws *Design patent pending The sleek design, free of protruding thumb screws, allows for smooth insertion and removal from equipment bags. ■ Compact storage size suitable for carry-on luggage The stand collapses to 60cm when stored, making it possible to carry on board aircraft*2. ■ Improved stability The carbon fiber tubing in the legs ensures solid stability when standing. *1 As of January 2019. For stands with a maximum height of 240-270cm. Based on our research. *2 Some airlines may not permit carry-on.
