■ This product includes 4 KEEPPOWER KP14500 lithium-ion batteries and a KEEPPOWER K4 charger (requires a separate 5V 2.1A USB power source).

■ Machine Gun Strobe with a highly heat-resistant quartz tube
The flash unit features a highly heat-resistant quartz tube. Designed to withstand continuous full-power firing, it allows you to focus on your shoot without missing a shutter opportunity.

■ Magnetic coupling allows multiple units to function as one strobe
Features a lightweight, compact, and slim body. Multiple MG-X units connected via magnets can be operated as a single strobe. You can configure them freely—as a single powerful light source for daytime outdoor sync, or as individual light sources for multi-light setups indoors.

* The maximum output of the MG-X is 82.7Ws. Two units connected provide 165.4Ws, and three units provide 248.1Ws.

■ High-speed charging in as little as approx. 1.5 seconds* with lithium-ion batteries

MG-X Li-ION battery insertion diagram

Designed to deliver optimal performance when using commercially available 14500-type lithium-ion batteries with protection circuits (available through us), it achieves a minimum charge time of approx. 1.5 seconds* and approx. 360 flashes at full output. Other compatible batteries include AA NiMH and AA alkaline batteries. (Batteries sold separately, except for battery set options.)

■ Modeling Light

The white LED modeling lights located on both sides of the flash head can be turned ON/OFF via remote control from a commander (Air10s/MG80Pro commander functions).

■ Built-in NAS* Receiver
NAS Logo
Using a NAS commander (such as the Air10s), TTL flash control is possible via radio wireless communication. It also supports remote triggering by detecting the flash of a master strobe, similar to a standard monolight. (No sync terminal is equipped.)

* NAS (Nissin Air System) is our proprietary standard. It is not compatible with other manufacturers' radio wireless systems, such as those from camera manufacturers.

■ Compatible with camera manufacturers' optical TTL wireless systems
This unit can be controlled by Canon and Nikon strobes equipped with an optical TTL wireless master function.

■ First multi-flash support for the NAS systemMG-X Multi-flash setting screen
While no previous NAS-compatible strobes have featured multi-flash functionality, this is the first model to allow control of multi-flash settings via a NAS commander. (The NAS commander only allows flash power settings; the flash interval and number of flashes must be set on this unit.)
