Regarding the free repair of the Super Ref Holder RH-100C

Notice regarding free repairs for the Super Ref Holder RH-100C. Regarding warranties for accessories, we typically only cover initial defects within 14 days of purchase. However, for this product (RH-100C), we will perform free repairs as a portion of units sold have developed the following issues.

・Loosening of the screw fixing the main body to the "ball head with spigot receiver" ・Malfunction where the ball head of the "ball head with spigot receiver" cannot be firmly fixed ・Loosening of the "pinch (reflector holder)" connection to the main body; malfunction of the "pinch (reflector holder)" Video on how to identify the malfunction If your unit has any of the three above-mentioned issues, we will perform a free repair regardless of the purchase date during the period below. Please note that damage to parts resulting from mishandling is not covered by free repair. Super Ref Holder RH-100C free repair period: April 1, 2021 – September 30, 2021 December 24, 2021 (Must be received by or brought to us by this date) ※From December 25 onwards, repairs will be chargeable, excluding initial defects. ※Our Repair Center (Tokyo/Koenji) will reopen on April 1, 2021 (Thursday), allowing for weekday walk-in repairs. If you wish to request a repair, please fill out the required information in the "Repair Request Form" found on our Repair Request page ( https://www.nissin-japan.com/information/ ). In the "Confirmation of shipping costs at customer's expense (prepaid shipping)" section, please select "Collect on delivery (COD) shipping or walk-in due to [Super Ref Holder RH-100C Free Repair]" and either send your unit to us or bring it in. ※Customers requesting an inspection may send the unit via COD. However, if no malfunction is found upon inspection, return shipping will be at your expense (COD). Thank you for your understanding.
