You can use our "Intraoral Photography Kit," which includes a camera, lens, and ring flash, through a monthly subscription that features free replacement in the event of a malfunction.

Features of Omakase Maintenance
1. Free Replacement for Malfunctions
If a malfunction occurs, we will provide a free replacement immediately. There is no need to wait for standard repairs (which typically take 1-2 months). We also cover the shipping costs.*1
2. Peace of Mind with "Exchange Coverage"
In the unlikely event that you damage the product (e.g., by dropping it), "Exchange Coverage" is included, allowing for up to two exchanges per year (free of charge for the Standard Plan).*2
3. Lightweight Kit for One-Handed Use
At approximately 1,400g including batteries, it is one of the lightest kits available, making it easy for anyone to handle.
4. Pre-Adjusted to Recommended Settings
The strobe and camera are already adjusted to recommended settings. You can capture stable intraoral photos starting the very day you receive the kit.
5. No Cancellation Fees
There are no cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time after the minimum usage period (2 months).*3
*1 Replacement cameras and lenses may differ from the original model provided. For returns due to natural failure or consumption of the flash tube, please send them via freight collect (we will cover the cost). For damage or malfunctions caused by user error—such as dropping, impact, battery leakage, or water submersion—please send via prepaid shipping (customer's expense).
*2 Exchange coverage applies up to two times per year even for customer-caused damage. It is free for the Standard Plan, and for the Basic Plan, only an exchange fee applies (9,800 JPY for strobe, 20,000 JPY for camera, 20,000 JPY for lens, tax included). If the strobe, camera, and lens are all damaged at once, it counts as one exchange.
*3 To cancel, please notify us at least one month before the next automatic billing date and return the product within one week. Automatic billing will be stopped once receipt and inspection of the product are completed.

*6 The minimum usage period is 2 months. An invoice will be issued after screening, and the product will be shipped once payment of the initial usage fee is confirmed. The date of payment for the initial usage fee is the contract date.
*7 Example: Damage to just the strobe counts as one instance. Damage to the strobe, camera, and lens at the same time also counts as one instance. No additional repair fees will be charged. From the third time per year onwards, actual costs (paid exchange) will apply.

How to Get Started
- Submit a "New Application" via the form below.
- Following a review, you will receive an invoice via email from invoicing@messaging.squareup.com.
- Register your credit card via the link in the email to pay the initial usage fee (please contact us if payment by credit card is difficult).
- Once payment is confirmed, the product will be shipped. Usually, you can start using it within 3 to 7 days of application.
Application, Equipment Exchange, and Cancellation

Q. What are the payment methods?
A. You will be asked to register a credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
Q. How soon can I start using it after applying?
A. If the screening and credit card registration are completed promptly, you can usually start using the kit within 3 to 7 days of the application date.
Q. Is there a minimum usage period?
A. The minimum usage period is 2 months.
Q. How do I cancel?
A. Please select "Cancellation" in the form above. Please submit your request at least one month before your desired cancellation date and return the full set of equipment within one week of your request. The contract will be terminated upon our receipt and inspection of the equipment.
