■ High-Performance NAS Commander

A commander that allows for remote control of NAS strobes. Various settings such as TTL auto/manual flash exposure compensation and zoom head position can be controlled remotely.

The display panel features a color LCD that is easy to read both outdoors in daylight and in dark environments. The dial-type operation interface includes independently positioned group selection buttons for intuitive operation.

Once paired, you can trigger strobes of different mount types in both TTL auto and manual modes.*1

Additionally, it has received Technical Conformity Mark certification, so you can use it with peace of mind in Japan.

It features the popular and simple one-push locking mechanism. Its small and lightweight design ensures it does not add bulk when mounted on a camera.

*1 NAS (Nissin Air System) is a proprietary standard by Nissin. Because it cannot be paired directly with products using different wireless standards, such as camera manufacturer genuine strobes, the separately sold AirR is required for pairing. (AirR is only sold for Canon, Nikon, and Sony.)

■ Communication range of up to 100m, expanding shooting possibilities

While featuring functions like TTL, manual flash, and high-speed sync (FP flash), it achieves a maximum communication distance of 100m.
This allows for a wide range of settings and stable operation in various shooting environments, enabling creative and stress-free photography.

※The maximum communication distance is a measured value and does not guarantee the actual communication distance.

■ 1/3 EV steps and minimum 1/256 output for more precise light control

Both TTL mode and manual flash mode support 1/3 EV step light control. Furthermore, in manual flash mode, minute flash output as low as 1/256 can be set. Finer light control expands the range of your photographic expression.

Of course, it can also control older NAS-compatible models that do not support 1/3 EV steps.

※1/3 EV steps and 1/256 output require a compatible strobe and firmware. For non-compatible models, the steps (TTL mode: 1/2 EV, Manual mode: 1 EV step) and light control range (Manual mode: 1/128 to 1/1 output) will be the same as the Air1.

■ Equipped with a microSD card slot for firmware updatesair10s_microsd
Equipped with a microSD card slot for firmware updates. You can download the firmware file from our website via the internet and perform the update yourself.

The update process is simple: just insert the card containing the firmware file into the unit and turn on the power.
Note that the device supports microSD cards up to 32GB (microSDHC cards).

■ "TTL Memory Function" allows copying TTL flash output to Manual mode

Equipped with a "TTL Memory Function" that copies the flash output value from TTL mode to manual flash mode settings.
After deciding the rough light level in TTL mode, you can switch to manual mode to make fine adjustments, allowing you to determine the optimal light level quickly.

■ Manages up to 8 groups, supports mixing TTL and Manual
You can manage a total of 8 groups: the basic groups A–D and the advanced groups A●–D●. While the Di700A, i60A, and AirR only support controlling three groups (A, B, C), the MG8, MG10, MG60, MG80 Pro, and future products are planned to feature a fourth group (D) as well as the advanced groups A●–D●.

The advanced groups support mixed mode (combining TTL and manual flash) and "Open Mode," which allows a single strobe to be controlled by multiple Air10s units without pairing, meeting the various demands of professionals.

■ Remote shutter terminal

air10s_cable

Equipped with a "remote shutter terminal" that allows you to release the camera's shutter remotely when combined with a compatible strobe. A dedicated 2.5mm stereo mini-plug remote shutter cable is included. (Photo shows the version for Canon.)
※The remote shutter function is available on the MG10 and MG8. (As of March 2019)

■ High-speed sync and rear-curtain sync functions

Settings for high-speed sync (FP flash) and rear-curtain sync can be adjusted via the Air10s dial or the camera's menu. The rear-curtain sync function allows you to capture light trails from moving subjects, enabling images with a sense of fluid motion.

※For Canon cameras, rear-curtain sync cannot be used due to camera body specifications. For Sony cameras, models that show "Wireless (WL)" in the "Flash Mode" menu cannot use rear-curtain sync because "Rear-curtain sync" and "Wireless (WL)" cannot be selected simultaneously.

■ Supports modeling light function

The Air10s features a new on/off button for the modeling light.
With NAS-compatible strobes that have a built-in modeling light, you can set up lighting more easily and with greater precision.

※This function can only be used with NAS-compatible strobes that have a built-in modeling light.

■ Dedicated pouch included

air10s_pouch

A dedicated semi-hard pouch is included to protect the equipment from impacts and other damage.

※Pouch specifications may differ from those shown in the photo.
