  • Cameras and combinations not listed here have not been tested. Please note that we are unable to answer any questions regarding the operation of these cameras.
  • FP/HSS (High Speed Synchro) flash is supported only in combination with a camera equipped with this function.
  • AF-assist lamp is not supported on Mirrorless cameras.

*1 When in commander mode, this unit (A’ group) tends to overexpose.
*2 When this speedlight is used in on-camera mode, the flash may not fire normally in the release mode H+ (Continuous H (extended)).

*3 When controlling the MG10 / MG8 with the Commander mode of this speedlight, if a shutter speed exceeding the sync speed is used, the TTL light control function will not work properly.
*4 To use with Z fc, please update the camera firmware version to 1.20 or higher.
Remark:
1. When controlling AirR (for Nikon), the AirR firmware must be version 4 or later to operate properly. Please make sure to check the firmware version of AirR.
2. When setting this unit to slave mode and controlling it from a commander other than MG80 Pro (Air10s, etc.), check the compatibility chart for the commander to be used.

*1 Commander mode tends to underexpose in TTL mode.

Since it uses a lens shutter, it can synchronize up to a shutter speed of 1/2000 second without switching.
*3 Commander mode is not available because the camera does not have “WL (Wireless)” in its flash mode.
Remark:
1. The light compensation function of the camera may not work properly with some cameras. The strobe’s light compensation function works properly.
2. It has been confirmed that the High-Speed Synchro (HSS) function does not work properly (does not synchronize or does not fire) in Commander mode or Slave mode depending on some cameras or camera firmware versions.
We are currently working on the firmware upgrade, so please wait for the next update. (The camera works fine in on-camera mode)
3. When using this speedlight in commander mode, the flash mode must be set to [WL (Wireless)] or the wireless flash function must be set to [On] in the camera menu to work properly.
4. When setting this unit to slave mode and controlling it from a commander other than MG80 Pro (Air10s, etc.), check the compatibility chart for the commander to be used.
