- The flash or commander may not be inserted deep enough into the camera hot shoe.
Make sure to insert it all the way in.
Be especially careful when inserting the for Olympus/Panasonic (Four Thirds) flash into the Olympus/Lumix camera hot shoe.
- If the flash does not fire even when the pilot lamp is pressed, please have the flash repaired.
- Clean the hot shoe.
